It has always been my dream to pursue my studies overseas and here it comes after a lot of uncertainties and waiting, on 12 September 2020...

Finally got to fly to France and it had been a difficult period due to the pandemic of covid-19 🄲 Fortunately we are all managed to overcome it ā˜ŗļø

It was a flight from Kuala Lumpur to London Heathrow and we stayed for a night before departing to Nice. We were like about more than 100 people flying together I guess? Some of us were flying to other countries too and we are all scholars from JPA or MARA. Fortunately, the ambiance in the airport that night was not too sad. Even though I know I would never cry. Hence, I have well said goodbye to my family.

We stayed for a night at a hotel near to the airport . This was the bus I took to go to the airport! Like the bus I always saw in English movies haha, nice but short experience. I would definitely come back again, London.

Before the final flight, take my breakfast first! ( I still have a lot of cash in pounds). It was a bread and a yoghurt thing.

Here I am in the city where I am going to stay for two years, Antibes! It is a calm and beautiful city with its extremely blue and clear sea ( which is totally not the same sea I saw at Msia...). We arrived at our home and we had a lunch with our seniors there :) I always said Antibes is also a kampung (which means village in malay) but no doubt it's really pretty and peaceful, like there is noting more important than walking along the seaside and wandering through the streets. It's definitely a different lifestyle compared to where I stayed before.

And now it's time to explore this city by the sea!

The fountain of city centre.

It's really hot that time and I didn't expected that. I think the weather is almost the same as in Malaysia.

The first ice cream I tasted at Antibes. To be honest, it was just so so-- But it was damn

hot

I really like the vibes wandering through the old streets at Antibes, watching the people walking, drinking coffee besides the road, walking their dog...It's so soothing and chilling :)

Finally, a photo of US!

I am really looking forward to this whole new journey, a big change in my life and I will definitely work hard to strive for what I want in the future! More trips to go and more experiences to gain. Hope to share more about my travels and studies next time. Stay tuned ^^
